Whether you are just beginning a fitness routine or you are on a regular plan, the Mind & Body classes offered through the LIFECENTER Health & Fitness Club offer participants the opportunity to do more than just burn calories. With a focus on breath and muscular control, these types of classes have been shown to improve many aspects of physical health, including balance, flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. No matter which format you choose, our hope is that at the end of each session you gain a new feeling of body awareness and mental clarity.
The class flows with ease allowing you to coordinate your breath to your moving body, concentrate your focus upon the movement's origin and range, move with control and precision, and find stability through a deeper connection to your center.
