This camp will incorporate select training methods designed to increase endurance, speed, stamina and agility. Using cones, hurdles, ladders, ropes, outdoor elements, and sprint techniques participants will learn how to adjust their bodies to achieve optimal performance.
Participants should wear athletic gear and bring water bottles and towels to each class.
