    Hatha Yoga works to bring the body back into alignment and create a balance; physically and mentally. The class motto is "Ahimsa" do no harm. Regardless of your age, the amount of flexibility you have, the size or shape of your body, the exercises are done slowly and with proper breathing techniques. Class is open to beginners as well as those who have practiced yoga before. Come dressed in comfortable clothing. Mats are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.

    Looking for a perfect mind and body exercise for ALL AGES? Then Tai Chi it is. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi, also called Tai Chi Chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that our body is in constant motion. Tai-Chi strengthens muscles; is good for pre/post joint replacement exercise and for arthritic pain. It also is good for those with high blood pressure. Wear loose clothing and gym shoes.
